Toronto Pearson named one of Canada’s most responsible companies by Newsweek

TORONTO, THE 25 October 2024 /CNW/ – Toronto Person is proud to be recognized by Newsweek as one of the most responsible companies in the world Canada for 2025. Newsweek reported its unbiased, statistically based results on October 16, with Toronto Person ranked third among all transportation and logistics companies. The airport is pleased to hear about these results, which were a pleasant surprise.

Newsweek, in collaboration with Statista, evaluated more than 700 companies based on more than 30 key performance indicators related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors, taken from public corporate social responsibility (CSR) reports or ESG factors and other reliable data sources. In addition, 4,000 Canadian residents were surveyed about each company’s CSR reputation.

Toronto Pearson’s ESG values ​​have paved the way for this achievement. As an international tourism hub, economic engine, job creator and community partner, the airport positively impacts the lives of millions of Canadians and travelers. Whether fighting climate change, improving cyber security or promoting positive social impact, particularly within our workforce and supply chain, ESG principles are integrated through the pillars and foundational elements of Toronto Pearson’s 10-year strategic plan.
